Carers Leisure Library: 

This is a lottery funded leisure/ hobby resource for anyone, child or adult, who cares for a relative in their own home.

We provide toys, play equipment, craft taster activities, jigsaws, sewing machines, computers, in fact a wide variety of leisure resources for carers to use .

The service is free for carers and you can now visit the Carers Leisure Library at our base which is at Grenville House, St. George's Square, Portsea any Tuesday and Thursday between 9.30am-3.OOpm where Chris and Lea will be available for you to choose any items of hobby and leisure equipment that you may like to borrow.

We visit 15 groups on a regular basis around the City, and we are also at the Carers Centre on Kingston Road every Thursday between llam-lpm, for anyone to drop in to see us.

Home Delivery Service

From September we will be trialling a delivery service on the last Wednesday of each month. This is for people who are unable to collect items themselves. Charges as below:-

Free for Carers Leisure Library members

Free to children with Special Needs

£4.00 to all Childcare Professionals per visit
